Interactive odontogram

Per-tooth and per-surface charting with mesial, distal, buccal, lingual, and occlusal precision. Primary, permanent, and mixed dentition; supernumeraries, implants, bridges, and pontics rendered in-arch. Universal and FDI numbering, one click away.

Periodontal charting

Six-point pocket depths, bleeding on probing, recession, furcation grading, mobility classes, and suppuration — on a keyboard-first grid that captures a full mouth in under four minutes. Trended visit-to-visit against a baseline.

Endo & ortho charts

Pulp vitality, canal morphology, working lengths, and obturation materials for endo. Angle classification, overjet/overbite, bracket placement, and wire sequencing for ortho. Each specialty renders its own chart template — no generic forms.

2D & 3D imaging viewer

Intraoral, bitewing, periapical, panoramic, cephalometric, and CBCT — streamed DICOM in-chart. Windowing, measurements, and annotations pin directly to the tooth. Axial, coronal, sagittal, and 3D reconstruction without exporting.

AI radiograph reading

Models trained on bitewings and panoramics flag interproximal caries at 1.2mm, periapical lesions, crestal bone loss, and root-canal obturation quality. Every suggestion carries confidence and location — clinician approves, adjusts, or dismisses.

Phased treatment plans

Multi-visit plans that sequence hygiene, restorative, surgical, and prosthetic work. Live insurance estimates, patient out-of-pocket per phase, CDT-coded line items, and e-signature capture on the chairside tablet.

A click lands on the mesial of #14. The finding records with date, material, and operator — and propagates to the perio chart, the treatment plan, and the CDT-coded claim. No re-keying, no reconciliation.

A second read on every bitewing and panoramic. The model detects interproximal lesions as small as 1.2mm, grades periapical findings, and quantifies crestal bone loss — then hands the review to the dentist with confidence and coordinates.
